Very good looking, however though it does look a bit cheap. I would suggest you make it so the uranium spins around as well for extra flair.

I think in addition to the orbiting effect you could add waves going inwards to the merc's head like theyre being affected by radiation or something. Other than that I think this looks ok, the quality of the trails and "fiz" look great!

It's really just another glowing object circling the merc's head, not original in concept and it certainly doesn't look interesting or unique.
