reverted back to 17% as i was using 100 to test the functions

hi, love this script/mod with its recent updates, however, the leaker chance is automatically set to 100 completely replacing the boomer. I cannot change this value without having sv_cheats set to 1 of course. Is it my end setting it to 100% or is anyone else having this problem?

chimi proved that adding custom sounds with a new infected is possible but the problem is finding the right modder to take on the task of adding the screamer, leaker and boomer in the same game, thats going to take some time ):

I wish there were a few like this such as:

- Tank boss has a chance to spawn the Meatwall.
- Witch has a chance to spawn the Claws.
- Spitter has a chance to spawn the Ratman. (There was a script mod for that before it was removed.)

Unless if they're can't be killed, that sucks.

It's not possible, mostly because of the sounds, you can't add new sounds (only some specific ones), vscript is very limited with sounds unfortunately.

man if the screamer, leaker and boomer were added to the game at once that be sick! but at the very least having screamer and boomer at same time with there own effects would be cool

Can you make it killalbe instead give more health because in versus mode Leaker doesn't like to explode at all and just keeps hitting, so annoying and if i play as Leaker i have 100 HP survivors can kill me doesn't make sense

why did valve make the name sound like someone taking a pee and mix it together with a boomer and call it a leakrt

this is a completely new model so you can reskin and replace the default boomers

Unless its something on my end, it seems like the first person viewmodel arms are missing textures if you have control of the Leaker in Versus mode

You sure? The game specifies it having 100 hp in Versus (it's very easy for bot survivors to kill and ignore because of that).

Can you make the explosion faster on expert? its way too easy to just ignore it.

Because this mod gives the Leaker a new separate model, so other player will need this mod installed too, otherwise they'll see that error.

Not possible, Leaker's invulnerability is hardcoded.

this causes an error for others on a local server if im hosting. they will see error where the leaker should be in the gameworld. ive only seen 3 (one of which being mine) that actually work and summon the leaker. for some reason, the 'leaker unlocker' mod is conficting with something and idk what :/ was making so leaker didnt spawn, tried your mod instead and was working but showing up as error ingame for others playing, id host on local server

I like the idea of Leaker, but it being *completely invincible* is kind of a turn off.

Can you give it like 500 or 600 HP?

hmm, I know when TF2 added vscript and vsh they where able to add custom sounds for when hale was behind a merc, so maybe unless L4D2s vscript is completely different.

Unfortunately vscript is not very friendly with sounds in general. It is possible with plugins, but vscript is very limited in that department as far as I know (unless someone knows some weird black magic to make it possible)
