this is less halloweeny than that one skull mask, this isnt fully paintable, looks awesome, and is an actually menacing pyro mask. would inspire me to ditch the gibus pyro set

I personally don't think this item would be justified to be restricted... but if they restrict it I wouldn't really be bothered either. it could go both ways, their restriction choices are confusing but...

IMO restrictions should be saved for things that are overtly and explicitly halloween-y (voodoo souls) or threaten class readability (corpse carrier, ostrich)
