There's clearly effort put in to this, I'm not just sure of it's design choices, primarily the blood splatter. There's a lot of shouting of what affects game play or not but personally think a literal blood splatter is over the line.

Low effort PNG unusual effect that seemingly has no ties to any theme at all. I understand Halloween is audacious with what content can be allowed and how far it stretches standards, but this misses the mark completely. It would be unique if you did something like Knifestorm if you had the pins drop onto you, but this by itself makes no sense.
