It looks like a floating PNG to me and I think the sparks don't fit, can be fixed with "giving more attention" to that bats that are coming out.

Yes, the thought of changing it to B did occur to me but I decided not to change that so as to stay true to the map :lunar2020ratinablanket:

Although subtle I find it funny the Blue version still uses Redmond's R in the stained glass window. But since it's based on a map it's still accurate regardless
