1.6 has added a new feature that allows animal crossbreeding

"Animals can cross-breed with other species, if configured in XML. Currently this is only used in one situation in Odyssey. E.g.
<canCrossBreedWith>
<li>Thrumbo</li>
</canCrossBreedWith>"

Never played with the mod before, I did some testing today and it seems to be working. If you happen to use the 2 mods and you encounter an issue, don't hesitate to let me know.

would you be able to add compatibility with a dog said? one of my horses lost his hoof and i cant give him a new one :(

Horses like arabians or thoroughbred will be faster, where horses like shires will be slower but stronger and able to carry more. So yes each breed will have different stats! :)

does this work similarly like Spidercamp's Horses where horse breed differ in stats? (strength speed etc)

@DepressoNoMilk This is intentional, the horses use areas and have high trainability so they can help you haul around the base

any plans for Przewalski's Horse? i love that breed and would be good for another type of wild horse that could spawn on the wild :p

@Serotonin Yes! Draft horses like the shire will be slower while arabians and thoroughbreds are faster. I might need to balance it a bit more. The bigger the horse the higher their carry capacity

On 1.4 it worked fine with Giddy up, haven't tested with 1.5 yet.
I do not know if there is an armor mod that works with these horses, but I do plan on making a tack mod with armor for each horse! (as soon as I understand how to make it work, I am very new to modding)
