@Yaddah there are only 2-1 connections or 1-1 toward the end, but nothing beyond that, it's pretty tight so maybe you can't tell but I made sure to minimize the losses due to connections. The medium reactors were necessary since small reactor pairs and large reactors would always chain down the whole ship if one exploded. Crew response is unchanged with large reactors as well so there wasn't much I could do about that.

I like the stripe patterns. The prism layout looks interesting, but unfortunately it seems like there are a lot of sub-optimal, non-2:1 beam combinations in there, which massively reduces the potential dps that you're paying all that energy for. Also there are way too many small and medium reactors that should all be replaced with large ones. Finally, there's a lot of Ion power outages and flickering, which further reduces dps. I reccomend looking at Oneye's logistics guide on Youtube.

its still a bit sad that for whatever reason, the ion prism connection reduces damage, this design can work perfectly with mod that has increasing damage ion prism
