My only suggestion would be to make the cart size smaller, as it is very similar to the width of the corridors, and turning can be hard (it keeps bumping on the corners of the shelves and such) - or alternatively, make it square, so that rotating it is not necessary before being able to turn. Not sure what the random items add to the gameplay - they pop in, you remove them, end of story. No extra challenge, but not particularly annoying either. I suspect the game behaviour was different for me compared to other players...
5 min later, I realize that it also unscrambles to "LEMON"...
Only critique I have, when I turn around my cart keeps picking up stray items from the shelves.
-funny concept
-replayability (wich is rare for rooms)
-fun with friend
-music is A+
wish you can make the shop even bigger
-only issue we have, 3 player and more the list bugs out and skip some letter for some of the word
My fastest time was 2 min 2 seconds XD and that's only because I had a bunch of shorter words that was easier to unscramble xD
Once again, amazing job! :)
I have no idea how you randomized both the words and the scrambled letters, and for so many unique grocery items. Figuring out how to attach the shopping cart to the player is also impressive, and novel!
This pushes the boundaries of Escape Simulator tech in really interesting and new ways, but at the same time it's all completely behind the scenes and never gets in the way of the core gameplay. An instant classic in the Escape Simulator community...Bravo!
I just added a bit of an extra delay so hopefully that problem will occur less often
Sorry about that: I think it might be a problem where the letters can't get picked fast enough for some people's computers and it's messing up the scramble (either skipping letters, or putting them on the next line). I'll try to add more of a delay.
Thanks for playing anyway 🥥
