The characters mouths are not animated by us. The game engine does it automatically, although i've also noticed that it doesn't always work for some reason

Funnly enough, this is a situation where a more fluid animation style that looks more energetic actually works given the emotional state. You also incorporated the identity of the classes too. It isn't a taunt, but I can't not like it.

I find it a little jarring that some of the mouths dont move for the screaming voicelines (I can understand the more complicated ones or ones where the face is covered). Also some of the animations are quite long. I don't mind the "over-animation" though, I think it should stay

way too long, ridiculously over-animated, and out of character for everyone except maybe pyro

id make this a pyro-only taunt and tone down the animation cartoonishness a lot
