How to get BCE start crates?I don't have it

You can open these crates either with right click and combine with multitool or lockpick or just right click and "open".

I have a BCE crate in my inventory, but for the life of me, I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do with it? I have a lockpick set, but doesn't seem to be anyway for me to interact with it.

Thoughts?

Dude..... you are AMAZING... are you alone in doing all this stuff!?! Seriously?! All the BCE mods and everything!? is all that ALL JUST YOU?!!

How can I donate to you and your cause? Because of you, my friend and myself have been co-op playing this whole campaign and have never had more fun.

I can't appreciate you enough and if this is only one person.. then you deserve a freakin medal... and the very least a reward. Bravo man... bravo.

Maybe this was due to update from yesterday morning. I pushed update yesterday evening to fix this. Unfortunately a version of BCE was required, which was not released yet. Should be working now, isn't it?

So I tested the save game before I noticed the items were missing, which meant I had to go back about 2 hours into the game and by then they were probably already gone. Then I have the next autosave after finishing the last fight in Fleatown Flea Market, because the AI ​​is pushing squads there every 10 minutes and luckily I still had everything in my inventory. A quick look at the log from the day before yesterday and apparently several BCE mods could not be loaded when starting the game because the mod required for this on which the others depend was recognized as outdated. I have no idea, I must have ended the game right during your update phase and started it again shortly afterwards, I assume. No matter how it came about, I lost almost 3 hours. But it's not a problem at all, because I've already taken them out again during the evening ;-) so everything's fine

Actually no change concerning artefacts and squadbag. It makes sense to load different savegames to see if they are still there and go from there.

First of all, thank you for the work and time you put into the mods ;-) And now a quick question. Has something happened with the ancient or rather archiological objects because they were thrown out of the mod? Yesterday I definitely still had several of these masks and stone tablets in the inventory of one of my squads that had captured the mine that was built on such an archiological site. And when I was in the squad's inventory today, everything was gone, only the 2 alien boxes were still there...hmm, so I guess something must have changed...because I certainly didn't add or remove any mods between today and yesterday .

Hi, I noticed selling grenades doesn't multiply according to stack sizes.. 1 grenade is 800 credits and 10 is still 800 credits.
Can that be adjusted in the MOD or is a 'game thing'?

Any way thank you very much for this and all the other MOD's you guy's created, this game deserves more attention and your mods make this game worth play even more!

When I enable "BCE Loot" a popup appears saying there are conflicts with "Basic Crafting Economy" followed by a list of "Loot Definition" for each merc. But since "Basic Crafting Economy" is listed as dependency, I can safely ignore the warning, right?

That is possible. You would still gather up crafting resources and in the end of the day make use of them at some point, I assume.

Hi, is it possible to use this mod with only Armors and Weapons, but without the crafting addons? I really like the randomness of loot this mod provides, but don't rally want/need the crafting element.

And i'm pretty sure, it worked before, if i remember correctly, i could sell weapons and armor. Other things i not tried at this time. Then i installed Expansion of tactical maps, which caused some problems, and Oneclicksell. Then the "non issue conflict" between BCE and BCE Loot happend, I unsubscribed from Eotm an Ocs and since that time i can't sell anything. I startet a new run and still can't sell weapuns and armor, no BCE things either. Only diamonds, bags of coins and artefacts.
Hopefully i have no alzheimer desease... 🙈😬

Thats obviously not what I wrote. BCE Loot is not a sell everything mod.

Oneclick sell is a mod you don't need when playing BCE. All BCE items can either be sold, traded for in towns and outposts, disessembled with a multitool or processed in crafting. The loot tables include a lot of valuables for selling to manage the increaesed demand for $. I don't know how to disable the effects of this mod. Disable and restart game should do the trick. If not, then a new run is needed.

Right click menu in inventory view is now english, what was german formerly and selling prices now are very low and maybe scrap parts also.
The only other mod new installed possibly interact with inventory is Onclicksell.
Disabling this however there are no changes.
Or i need to start new game.
I not really care about the language in inventory menu but these low selling prices i don't like much and i don't know from which mod this can come.

And keep up your good work, i really like the whole BCE stuff :steamthumbsup:

Will try to figuring out from which mod Russian comes from when i start a new game. Learned Russian in school ages ago, so it's more ore less cosmetical problem only, but, long term slightly confusing.

Thank you for reporting.
The conflict is a non issue: BCE adds starting loot to mercs and BCE Loot overhauls it too, but to a larger extent. When BCE Loot is a loaded mod, the overhaul of BCE Loot starting gear overhaul is active. If you play BCE without BCE Loot then you still get the start gear changes from BCE.

Concerning the language: I suggest you to change game language to English, as BCE and most other mods are only available in English. If you install the game in German, then you will still get the mod in English and have a mix of them. I don't know where the russian is coming from in your game, I don't have that. Must be a russian mod or overhaul that you use.
