Sorry, but no.
I rarely make reskins/visual upgrades at all and they are localised to specifc units at best.
Plus, Factionwide reskins are pretty much a big no from me, especially considering that armour pieces are usually a pain to deal with.
I might make some armoured custom Lizardmen units in future but I have no plans to modify the vanilla units.

could you make a mod that gives every lizardmen unit skink to saurian a visual upgrade by giving them as much armor as you can i mean golden reptile space marine level armor
