I think this is a really cute effect and well-made. While perhaps it doesn't fit tf2 on initial thought, seeing these type of effects is like a breath of fresh air. I love seeing creativity like this. Not only are the sprites are clean and well animated, but taking color palette inspo from existing works is really neat. It's not like its incompatible with TF2 either. Nobody ever thought Death by Disco would get into TF2, and yet it did. Keep up the good work- creative works like these are much appreciated :)

I think if you swapped the castle with the skull island from ghost fort it could be really nice, give it some up and down oscillation and it would be cool. I think the brightening up the clouds a bit would help with depth as to make it look less flat. Overall I like this take on a pixel effect, good work
