If we're able to get any confirmation on the previously reported issue of the Nomiyin, I'd happily upload a fix, but as it currently stands I have never run into an issue where other civs are able to purchase a Nomiyin. It could likely be a mod conflict.

the ua is something I always yerned when all the religions are founded super fast! But great people as uus are always tricky, most mods I have played they broke something (everyone can purchase them, the game breaks when purchased, etc.)... there will be a quick fix for this mod? Or was already made?

It Claims adjacent Tiles !!! That is what I misunderstood. The holy Site was well Inside my territory.

Thanks for the interest! The Nomiyin's culture bomb ability has a few unspoken conditions due to the nature of the culture bomb ability:

1. The Holy Site must be in or adjacent to your territory
2. It will only claim adjacent tiles.
