If your gmod is crashing its prob because of some mods, i recommend you make a collection of the mods that you've been using before downloading this. So you don't have to find all your old mods again.

MAJOR Problem. every SINGLE time (yes, every single time) i delete a prop, the game crashes.

Eggshell i had the same problem, try re-installing this pack. if it still does it wait for atleast a minute, it just loaded in for me.
