this is the best mod for warno, def my favorite, but why craters on the battleground just stay like 1 minute? i would love if craters remains on the battleground as long as you can to add more realistic ambience please. sorry for my english

@moo12171 how so? You just have to target the ground. It has a long travel time though.

@DDR, oh shoot I thought that got fixed with a past Eugen update. I'll look into it.

The beginning of missile interception is here! The Soviet TOR can shoot down incoming missiles. I'll do more research on what else in this era can do interceptions and add the ability accordingly. Any suggestions are welcome!

Fixed the napalm arty crashing issue. Don't worry the transport freedom will be back soon! I just automated the deck fixing process after the last update but I still need to do it for the transports.

Great mod, love the tweeks with LOS, Damage and other realistic additions....I would totally use it religiously you had a foot, transport vehicle, ITV, AND Helicopter option for transporting/deploying infantry. I served in the USMC 1989-1993 and we used all forms of transport to the battlefield, same with my Army brothers when we trained in Combined Arms in Twentynine Palms, CA. That would give you a TRUE Freedom Deck.

Updated for patch. I see the napalm MLRS problem. Will fix soon :) Right now transports are based on actual transports given in game since I automated the process. I'll find a better way to give each unit an appropriate transport but give more options

Sorry but nevermind that, Seems like both the US and USSR no longer have access to helicopter transport. I had 2 decks for the US and USSR which were airborne only and all of their infantry is now gone

Also I've noticed a few units are not in national decks, is this due to DLC or that they are too specific to be in a National deck?

@Rhine, I just built Netherlands, Belgian and Luxembourg into a single deck. It'll be good to go once I fix everything else.

@Davy Jones, hey sorry that's gonna take a hot minute. I just started doing Blender tutorials for 3d modeling but time is limited. I may have to ask another modder with new units to do a collaboration.

Thanks for getting back to me. The issue was actually caused by one of the NATO units — for some reason, selecting or interacting with it triggered a crash to desktop. I shared a screenshot earlier just to show when and where it happened.

That said — great news: it looks like you’ve already fixed it!

Update! Now command vehicles and SIGINT scouts will jam and reveal UAVs. UAVs can also be targeted like helicopters now but are very hard to hit. Command vehicles and FOBs now have the Fire Direction trait, making artillery aim more quickly. Units with AP ammo will now still fire at units whose armor is too great to at least suppress a little bit.

@嘻嘻哈哈114514, new units are back! Except the DFPs and sensor pods, those are broken still.

@Egorka, I don't really like clicking on links, can you describe the problem to me? Or is it just a random crash? Hopefully by now I've fixed whatever it was but if not let me know!

@moo12171, just threw a 10% radius and damage for HE bombs in the mix

Motorstrelki CMD in the russian freedom deck dont get any BMPs as transport options. Also the Humvee transport options for a lot of the US units have forward deploy thats further than some recon units, like thats crazy. I was able to deploy M2HBS and TOW2s extremely far up.

Update! Changes include:
- increased unit health +2 so bailouts only happen if unit would have died
- possible spontaneous fire start on normal terrain with HE Ammo
- white phosphorous rounds for artillery (not mortars) smoke will set fire to impact area
- auto cannons will still attack tanks with heavy armor to suppress them
- increased artillery damage but gave setup and teardown time of 10 seconds

Would love to have the point limit raised in army general tactical battles. The reduced speed leaves of movement makes one rush. Perhaps 7000-8000 point limits?

Does the difficulty effect the AI behavior in AG too? If I put the difficulty on ELITE, will they actually push the action now? Does your mod give them extra units and money over a player if I use the ELITE mode?
