it shouldnt be that hard to run. i tested it on some older systems and it ran just fine. most likely the lag is coming from an addon of some kind or a game issue.

Does this map require a really powerfull computer, considering that my pc is not a potato but it isn't beffy either, and that i have 200+ mods and 1/4 of them are big things.

Looks so much like the mansion from that mission in Hitman.

also im currently working on an update for both variations. i was incredibly tired when i was finalizing this map which meant this map has a lot of issues. no wind effects, poor optimization, missing brushes and a bit more.

after that ill work on the "messy" version for your swat hostage rescue fantasies

I rarely favorite things on steam but this map deserved it.

God, this map does something to me. It reminds me of some sort of dreams i used to have with the small, random waist deep pools with walls around it with the super unrealistically clean white walls and floors in random places like one of those fever dream maps. it makes me feel very calm. I have a map suggestion: Make a map that is like this, same materials like the white walls, and make a crap ton of random small, waist deep pools in like one of those fever dream maps, such as a couple pools next to each other and ones slightly more elevated with steps going up to it, and occasionally parts in the map with beautiful sunlight shining on the pools. I think this Emil residence map will be my favourite map in all of gmods history till i find one exactly like the suggestion.
