Quacks makes a good point at how animal features look better on the mercs when they're trying to look like something that was hand crafted to look like an animal, but when you just model an animal's head onto the merc, it just doesn't feel nearly as fitting.
I also do also think that the narwhal charging comparison is pretty far fetched, but at the same time that same point can be applied to pretty much any other animal head.

Mr.Quackers isn't a Animal head replacement, it's clearly a gas mask that Pyro made himself (which is accurate to his character, seeing how he makes his own flamethrowers) which can be seen how it's all stitched together, not perfectly made, not something that looks like it was made in some store, unlike every stupid furry bait in the workshop.

Hard pass, tf2 devs don't add halloween restricted hats anymore, so if this is added, it wont be, which will suck. also its just not very good and its just a wacky animal on head and we already have multiple.
