i love this, it reminds me a lot of the fresh fish set from splatoon 2/3 where it's essentially a mascot costume from a specific map, that concept works well on it's own and how goofy this thing looks just kinda helps with that

it still stands on it's own as a seal cosmetic, yes it is undoubtedly inspired by the selbyen seal but it's still just a silly (or horrifying whichever way you take it) seal misc for the Pyro,

if the map selbyen didn't exist this would still make sense and be fine as a cosmetic, because it's just a spotted seal lol

Like every other god damn cosmetic on the workshop right now its of good quality, the problem is the seal is only riding the hype of the summer update, in a year you're not even going to remember it. TF2 has been out for 15 years, new is hard to come by, but resorting to cheap circus-like paraphernalia like this is just shameful

as much as i reaaaally adore the concept and the look of it, for the sake of working with other cosmetics it may be best to make it adhere to pyro's usual mask a bit more. once again let it be known i love this hat and want it to be even better

been playing with this in loadout.tf, it's so amazing.... buuuuut it has alot of clipping issues with other hats, which could be an issue. still really really love this hat though!!!
