Awesome as is, but if I had to suggest something then maybe the yellow could be team coloured in a similar way/colour to the Red/Blu Engineers safety glove?

I really don't think the yellow is a problem, but a orange version for red team would make this perfect.

I love it, but as some have said it needs to be a little less directly yellow so its more appropriate for both teams. Either team coloration for orange on red or just shift the yellow to be a bit more orangish.
