@ARandomNoob Well he didn't, he just delete all the mods he uploaded and limited free download to a fan channel or fan group whatever you call it... It's basically like a Chinese only discord channel.
I guess he never get the respect that he want from workshop today.

Workshop's people follow CC BY-NC-SA but Chinese authors prefer SPECIFICALLY that you notify personally before content recreate uploads. They often state that "without permission no re-upload or modification".
