Keep getting errors despite me deleting all of my mods

nvm it seems like its just the skin that doesnt match

the playermodel the addon creates doesnt use the bodygroups and skin i use for the current playermodel i have set

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I followed all the steps exactly and one I open garry's mod I see the RTX control panel but nothing else literally nothing no startup menu no map selector nothing BUT it is there because whenever I hover over where the map selector my cursor changes but that's pretty much it I need help here.
