Love this sm, well done!
Nah.
If you did your research and joined Vel's discord server you would not believe what I'm about to tell you.
I would be willing and able to help you test it, as generally I've found that what works for mac, works for linux too and vice versa. The problem tends to be proprietary shaders or something of that nature, so both operating system families function equally in most cases.
I'll consider it, but I currently lack Mac testers to make sure it works. Also which weapons do you mean?

More symmetric maps will offer more configurable options
Love the start to the map, very nice execution. Aesthetics are great, felt very much at home in sci-fi gaming genre. Map is balanced (for the current vehicle limitations) plays out very well. Terrain has enough high and low spots to prevent the map from becoming a sniping fest BUT not so much as to be ridiculously unbelievable. Lore vehicles are welI thought out. Shuttles "auto" land when close tot he ground. Vehicle sounds are excellent and vehicles have 3rd person zoom (like Vanilla+) so thank you for that! I just cannot stress how much I overall enjoyed the map.
Issues:
- Vehicles are just way too bouncy (mentioned a zillion times already)
- Lack of most standard Ravenfield fare, i.e. aircraft, gun emplacements, etc, etc (pretty sure that's due to current necessity)
I think the tunnel to get the troop carriers out of the cave is too narrow. Vehicles keep hitting the rails and flipping over, or at the very least getting stuck. Because of that, Nolus faces barely any anti-spacecraft opposition in the beginning of the battle.
Also, the tracks on the Nolus vehicle wheels turn backwards. But that's just me being a nitpicker.
Aside from those little things, I'm loving it, especially the satellite as shuttle carrier!
