either way all my survivor mods for nmrih follows the default character's physics, and most importantly the hitbox values for consistency.

nope not really, they all follow their respective replacements physics and hitboxes. no changes are made

not to mention you'd need to get jive's hitboxes, attachments, bonemerge and physics values to make sure nothing breaks server-side

you'd need to decompile the playermodel with crowbar, change the $modelname path on the playermodel, compile it, then decompile the viemwodel, and also change the pathing and compile it as well. for the VGUI to work you'd need to rename the textures in materials/vgui/player_models/

the only way is if you recompile the model to replace that specific character, as well as change the viewmodel path and VGUI stuff.
