it's very close to the houwar but i think it's original enough to be cool, also helps that it's demoman only

This is too similar to the HOUWAR in concept, pirate/sailor hat with octopus.

I like that it's only for demoman; this easily could have been All Class Team Captain Clone #4327. Also the jiggle bones are very satisfying. Nice work!
