People keep talking about the Wall civ, but I can't find it anywhere. help plz?

I like it a lot paragon, but personally, i think its a rather large task to bring this game into Civ V, more or less because im not a modder

damn show then you will get better ideas for generals in this game. Another thing i would love to see is a civilization of attack on titan and then the special units could be the elite squads and hanji zoe armin alert and hanjis assistant as special great scientists that give them a advantage when they fight units of that era. Along with the specials scientists and units they could have a special building called survey corps hq and that could give units built in that city one promation to start out with and one promotion per era. When you think about it, it is kind of like polands special abillity except with promotions. Tell me if you think this would be a good idea for a mod in this game.

I do love the idea of bringing attack on titan into one of the best games ever, but if you think about it mike zacharisis and levi are both commanders or generals becasue the command a squad of elite soilders. Hello, I was wondering if I could use this mod as a template for another Great General mod I was working on. I'll credit you of course.

I tried to load The Walls civ today as well, but it seems it has been taken down by the owner. I guess its gone for good :(

May I ask someone what happened to The Walls civ? It's no longer in My Mods and I can't find it on the workshop

I like this mod, even if i'm not in it. It still works with the Civ, so this is a great mod just to make "The Walls" Civ more realistic. Maybe you could try and give an attempt at an custom Religon. (The Religon where they praise the walls. "Great, now people are listening to the crazy religous guys." ~Eren)

You make good points, and I apologize if I sperged out on you there. I actually don't care much for neither Armin nor Levi as characters, either, but I put this mod together immediately after watching the episode where Armin comes up with the plan to amass forces at one end of Trost while Eren and the elite team head to the other end for their mission. My line of thought for including him despite his lack of actual combat skill was something like "shit that kid's smart, better put him in too or people might bitch at me for not including one of the main 3."

And Levi is a Squad Leader, as opposed to a much higher-ranked Commander. The reason Hanji is in the mod and not Levi is that someone spoiled me to the fact that Hanji becomes commander of the SL later on in the manga. Regardless, though, you're right. It's pretty stupid to include Armin and exclude much more experienced characters, but I'm too lazy to make an update just to remove him and/or add a shitload more characters.

That might all be true. But you said "Those characters may be great soldiers, not great generals. I went solely with characters who are high-ranked Commanders, as well as Armin. That kid's gonna make a Great General some day (haw haw)." What the hell, honestly? If you're gonna make rules and then break them in the same sentence, why do you make the rules anyway? Surely Levi is a good strategist and a good commander, isn't he? Armin isn't even high ranking, he didn't even make the top 10 in Keith's class, anything! Alright, he's a great strategist, so what? That doesn't make him more deserving of his spot in this mod than other characters. I'm only getting angry because you're fanboying over a certain character and giving him special privileges, so to say. I don't even like Levi (I don't really have a particular favourite character), but I think that he, or the three who died while fighting a titan (can't remember their names except for Petra) would be better fits for a Great General.

Because Armin's a fucking strategist. He's come up with like, what, 3 or 4 battle plans that saved everyone's asses? 5? And other than the 4 characters included in the mod, I can't think of any other major strategists/commanders. There's the commander of the MP and the commander of the military (who presided over Eren's trial), but we've never seen either of them actually lead their troops into combat/strategize like we have with the others. You could potentially make a case for Levi's inclusion as a strategist, but that's about it.

"Just great generals" means just great generals. If you're telling us not to suggest other characters, why the fuck is Armin in there then?
