its definitely too dark so probably try brightening the red and blue or the wood to give it some more contrast

I really like the colors but the wood texture is a tad too realistic for Tf2's style and I personally do not like the text on the Rocket launcher.

There were no adjustments to the Ingame screenshots aside from zooming in for third person. They might look off because they are smaller than they should be I'll upload full screenshots later

The in-game screenshots seem artificially sharpened or something. They seem a bit off.
Other than that the skin looks sexy.
