Pretty great but the hairy arms are very excessive, tone them down a bit and this would be perfect.

you should mute down the paints or either remove them or make them accent pieces becouse they take up more than enough space but still it a good cosmetic it follows the basic rules of tf2 artstyle it isnt too big and its a nice touch that you used the medic colors pallete

Go even further, reduce the paint region just to the brass pieces and/or the stitched in designs on the front.

Good work on the design! I think the paint region could be fixed by removing it from the straps and just having it on the main belt part.
