@ThatOldFamiliarFeeling when they die and they're already dead (not doing any sounds dead) and you shoot them with defaul reasfx, so it might just be incase you headshot the combine before the sound ends but it still will play post-mortem shooting them

coca de vidrio, if you are using reasfx_vanilla go to the sounds settings and uncheck do combine play death sounds

sounds seem to overlap each other because the vanilla sounds play as well. any ways to remove vanilla sounds? this happens only with combine
