cos i'd like to give this mod a try... but not if it's gonna conflict with Neutron

Coming back to Atom after a long time off and trying a few newer mods I came across this. Interested, BUT it seems to somehow conflict with I THINK Neutron. What happens is that with my very small collection fo mods installed and this, hitting F2 causes my character to be transported to some featureless void with a guy standing there who has a white box on his hand. There a line in Russian that says Test Level Loaded and there seems to be no way out.

new books don't have any description, but generally mod works fine, just this issue
