**Apologies, I had made a mistake with linking the wrong mod as the required mod at some point. IDK what happened, but it's all fixed now**

Exactly :) synergy is real, if you have too much get some mods to spend it on

There's more prestige mods in my collection. And with SFO already using it for other stuff, there's actually too much choice on what to spend it on now.

Also, just last example. You can have stored 3 warrior priests+Archlector all having noble? trait that reduces build time by 25 percent. Stack them all in one province having like +100 free growth plus instant building is also not really a cheat but something you can do in game that feels like it :D ...there are just strong things and not so efficient things

Prestige mods actually compliment each other pretty well, If you feel like its just too strong get another mod that will drain you out of prestige, like prestige edicts, Unique Steam Tanks, or maybe mine Instant building with prestige. All around you won't have that much prestige to spend concidering also that random 1000 prestige for 1 authority event you need in early campaign too. Snowballing in later game is surely an issue, but given Prestige and Slaves for Druchii work essentially the same, I haven't seen Druchii complaining about having too many slaves and building instantly :D ...nor Skaven Complaining they spend farmed food to instabuild settlements in late game. Lastly, Empire campaign is designed to be kind of defensive one, surely if you play aggresively you get a ton of prestige and it may seem almost too easy, but you need to understand there are turtling around altdorf till maybe turn 30 till they develop tier 5 :D

@Uhthis Your idea is generally right (anti snowball et all) but I think Jack's approach is better here. Yours suggest that the more powerful an empire is, the more it can afford (which is correct) but when it comes to occupying settlements like this the value of doing so is pretty much stagnant (the perceived value by the player is prob decreasing a bit as conquering lots of stuff mid game generally gets a bit old and the player won*t care/cater to each settlement in as much detail as before).

But scaling it like you suggested would just mean the player will stop using the feature as the prices rise and rise and it would become ridiculous paying the inflated price (and let's be honest, at the beginning it's time and growth, but over time the only value it really brings is convenience). I'd rather keep the convenience.

You think the costs should be even higher though? I liked it so far

My 5 cents <3

Would recommend having scaling cost. i.e., increase prestige cost based off of either number of settlements, number of elector counts confederated, or increased each time is used

Thanks for the feedback. I initially did a game Ave felt like the costs were OK.. I'll wait for more feedback and/or, do another Empire game play to see. Thank you for your feedback!

Just played a game with this. You can't really use this mechanic too much in the early/mid game or else you end up in civil war. I will say, with this mod, i always had between 0-4000 prestige at any given time. Making use of the tokens was very fun.

If there's anything I'd change it would be reducing the price slightly. Something like 600/1200/2000/3000.

You will be able to remove these mods mod game if you've added them before I change the values

I'll probably need to reduce the costs
