No, it doesn't have paint regions. you would need to reskin the cosmetics's textures entirely to change their color.

Its a cosmetic you need to bonemerge onto the Soldier's model with the Easy Bonemerge Tool.

We do understand, most of the time that community don't understand the Requires game content. Due to limitations of the size content. If you want to export so badly, sure.. you can do that, but you'll break the policy by Valve.

Bruh :/ It's not up to the player to adapt to the addon but up to the modder to adapt and ensure that his mod can be used by everyone, we don't all want to install one game to have to use an addon... And whether it is free to play or not
