This item is literally shit. You will literally have to sacrifice all the items on your run for the chance to get one or even zero death certificates. Erasing an item should increase chance by 10% or it's simply not worth it at all

Idea: make it so every item not turned into Death Certificate increases the chance by 1% until it works, and then it resets

I'll look into this. I tested rooms with 20 item pedestals to make sure this didn't happen so that's definitely odd. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Hey, I made a video using the dice and found out that on rooms with multiple pedestals, even if the reroll is successful it'll only transform it into one pedestal. Anyway, here's the vid for showcase:
