The stuttering is due to codec playback performance by WE. Best solution to fix it is by installing K-Lite Codec Pack and changing the following WE setting, Video Framework: to Prefer DirectShow LAV, under general tab / video. All the videos should play buttery smooth after this changes.

Various of your videos have some cuts, like sttutering, but I have a rtx 3090 k lite and the lastest drivers intalled....
