Amazing mod! I'm just curious if it's my end or a bug in general, but when i build defenses such as sandbag walls and wired fences, it instantly builds and everyone just walks through them, it's not actually blocking units.

id love to see the afrikacorp be one of the survivor factions, each faction would have their own speciality. which can make them unique, like unit types and defences. just a suggestion

Hi, first of all thanks for this fabulous mode, but are you planning to improve it? I find that there's a lack of unity and that, despite the different maps, we're getting a bit "bored" of playing games.

Adding the basic units would be nice, as well as adding more big zombie hordes to inflict a lot of damage. Putting in the zombie tanks, especially the tiger, I think is a shame, as it takes away from the charm of a zombie invasion.

But doing something like compagny of heroes 2 could be cool. Thanks again for this mod and I hope you'll improve it soon :D

@8341 You can use US heroes to call in weapon crates for your team.
@117Entertainment You're welcome, hope it's more fun now that you know the counters. (Anti-tank mines are great against the brumbar, it will be dead in the water once it hits it for easy clean up)

Fun to play. Maybe human need more MG units and artillery(Like M1 and mortars) for defense. And a weapon production building would be nice if infantry units can get some LMGs and Flamethrowers. Moreover,a flame tank could be ultimate weapon for human side. Anyway the mod is a really genius idea.:steamhappy:

@117Entertainment You can use your sniper to one shot kill single target entities. And use your anti-armor options to defeat vehicles.
@ganjou241 No, I have never played that mod, and this is its own thing. :)

PSA If you experience a CTD bugsplat, please post here what you were doing when it happened, if you clicked on something in particular, if some ability or timer expired, something to trigger to cause the crash, what was happening in the game when it crashed. There seems to be one set of conditions that will cause a crash late game, but it happens only every so often. So any help in finding this bug would be much appreciated :) ty

One Sniper who running to kill 5 MG Bunker 3 Bazooka Troops and a Exterminator without loosing life for 5min. and than the "Zombies" are coming with a Brummbär

I just have one problem when playing my first game: it never finished. I destroy all the units, all the buildings, I take all the points, but it never ends. it's normal ?

Big update today: British added, tanks, and new never before seen units, along with tons of smaller fixes.

@Shadowphreak Spooky maps would be awesome, dark woods with outposts connected by roads, ruined castles, underground facilities, could be anything :)

A lot of fun to just mindlessly play. However, you might want to look into allowing for at least two marksmen teams. If you're playing on a map where you are defending chokepoints, you have to choose between having the marksman defend the choke, or move in with your assault team, and since Marksmen are the only way to reasonably deal with abominations, it leaves you kind of fucked either way.

Otherwise, having a blast! I really hope we get a lot more units!

haha awesome mod, works good with (8)bloodbath map (self plug). lol. there are npc civilian squads/entities available, have you tried using those? anyways, good job, I know this took awhile to create!!!

I was finally able to jump and get a round played yesterday. I would like to say that so far the work is good albeit a little lacking on diversity.

It would be interesting for you to add campaign units or other vehicles like tanks. On the other hand, to balance things out, you should add special zombie unites.

For example, a zombie that, when killed, drops a smoke bomb. Allowing their allies to close the distance. A zombie unit immune to fire etc, etc... You are definitely going on the right direction tho.

@Mr.diedsheep Use Smokers for cover and spam more troops, you can use the nest for dirt cheap troops

@8o8 If the AI runs past you it is probably trying to capture a point on the map, when previously the AI would shoot as it ran and attack, now it can't do that so it looks like it's ignoring you. Put the AI on expert, have them outnumber you, and make the map more wide open, you will be consumed don't worry.

@Tiberius The medic is a pretty broken unit deep down, a lot of things don't work on her so seems like that blueprint has deeper issues than what we can currently edit. I was able to jury rig her to build a building, and even then she glitches out after she builds it lol so I just worked that into her role. It's a miracle she was able to be included. To best use her, select her when she's on your screen, and have her stand right next to the spot you want the medical station built at.

@Tiberius Rex Ty friend. The melee system in this game is kinda wonky as it's not officially in the game so to speak, so use shift to que up multiple attack commands against units. Once a charge happens they stop, because it was meant to be an ability for ranged units to do originally in the files, so usually you just need to shift once or twice and they'll follow through and keep attacking. Their normal zombie attack is the ranged commando knife throw just no range at all to it, so it looks up close. So they technically never "melee attack" if you see what I mean. It's all smoke and mirrors lol. Spamming and using shift makes it all better.

Good job on the mod! Playing as the zombies is kinda tough though. Any recommendations on how to get them to attack units? It seems like if you use charge they'll kill 2-3 models but then stop. I was playing against the ai so maybe its their retreat messing with it?
Also FYI the medic can be "lost" they have no vision of their own so if you have no troops around to spot them you cant control them.

Finally i like to imagine zombies getting a breach mechanic, idk if that's possible to edit, otherwise they still work against buildings.
