It works for over 275 different def_names. depending upon the version, where you downloaded the mod and it's def_name.. It may work. I cannot guarantee because you did not provide this information.
It is easier if you just download it and see.
When I have Viper's pete from steam activated in my mods it does work.

No, the game engine does not allow more than one paintjob file, your logos would have to be added as overlays within the accessory folder.
there are Mod trucks that have logo files pre-coded into them, where all you need to do is modify the dds file in the SCS/Zip file archive for the mod.

this mod has several dds logo file templates within it you can change using WinRar and Gimp without having to unzip the archive.
