I've done.. a fair amount of testing with these weapons; all of them, bar the quad/twin machineguns and autocannon, have breaks in firing that are irregular/random. No other conditions exist that would cause them to stop firing, they don't run out of ammo nor does the crew leave, I also haven't noticed a direct correlation with ammo being delivered, but that is harder to measure.

Is this intentional? does it affect their avg DPS in any measure? I like them, I'd like to use them, but it's incredibly odd to read 'constant stream' and then have it be, well, not constant.

Unsure if this is intentional or not, but the Large Generator only produces batteries that are size 1 and not size 3 as the description implies.

@Nyx (She/Her) - They're supposed to work. I tested and they keep running out of power. I forgot which variable it was that did that, so I'll try next time.

Found the issue myself. In flamethrower.rules under CombinedAmmo remove LoadedAmmo from ResourceStorages

Also I donn'know about this extended range mod thing.

Do you think you could maybe find errors that can be grabbed midgame? Like, "this thing wasn't found but it doesn't crash the game so it'll keep going anyway" type error?

Makes multiplayer incompatible for no listed reason! The backport doesn't however, You can use it as a temporary replacement, At the cost of hard light shields.

@stardreamer102 It's sadly because of Cosmoteer limitations aswell as mine. You'll notice that rapidfire guns begin to stutter when crew load them mid-firing.

I really like this mod because its what I'm looking for in my designs, one question however, are all the rapid fire guns suppose to burst fire?

It's probably because of the whole thruster ordeal, lateral thrust just got removed.
This is the same problem with my dropsuits mod, because now the crew are drunk pilots.
To fix this I'd have to make the internal thruster four-directional...
