Any Updates soon ?
Crimson ReapeR 14 Mar @ 1:36pm
if it was this mod that done that then downloading either, invisible Trade Routes or invisible trade routes Plus will solve that problem
Crimson ReapeR 14 Mar @ 1:28pm
also the trade nodes change is a bit weird because of the blue trade lines everywhere, think thats this mod, maybe not
Crimson ReapeR 14 Mar @ 1:02pm
still works, although hispaniola isnt gone for me, dont know if that was meant to be, either way great mod
LucarioVDV 31 Jan @ 12:45pm
does it still work in the new update, i tried to start the game and the whole world got crushed
Jay 14 Nov, 2024 @ 10:55am
Does the Version with Caribbean still exist? seems like a great custom nation
ZuNoZi 10 Oct, 2024 @ 12:22am
I know it's been a while, but could you create a second version of the mod without the Caribbean? Having the trade nodes go across the ocean made a lot more sense. Also, having the Caribbean be an end node, especially without the AI programmed to colonize it, ruins the trade dynamics a little bit.

It's unfortunate, but I have thought that a mod like this has been almost necessary to play the game to late-game since I first saw it.

All of the processing power that goes into having dozens of colonial nations all colonizing and doing their tiny, useless wars is waste, and slows things down terribly. All American colonialism does is prop up different countries in Europe, where the real action happens.

Share the version without the Caribbean, I feel that that took away from the realism of the idea they had in those years

nice mod
Juggernaut 7 Mar, 2024 @ 10:54pm
Please publish this mod on Paradox Mods as well, so that Epic Store users can subscribe.

Greetings, are you going to change these colonial ideas for colonial nations? It's weird for them to force colonization into literally nowhere (except oceania ofc) and even worse when Spain gets into Siberia lmao
_Governor_Vanskoff_ 12 Jan, 2024 @ 9:10am
But, please, culd you share the version without Carribeans and Hawaii?
_Governor_Vanskoff_ 12 Jan, 2024 @ 9:00am
I just wanna THANK YOU for this. All these years I wanted to play again NoAmerica, and now I was ready to update it myself, but you did it before. Thank you!

Colonialism spawns when either Africa or Europe discovers asia or the other way around.
Juggernaut 30 Dec, 2023 @ 1:57am
Great mod
tibbeses 21 Dec, 2023 @ 3:01pm
colonialism triggers when an overseas enough provinces in a colonial region is colonized. this means it will spawn (in this mod) when someone colonized enough in australia to form a colonial nation.
Ursinho Flinflon 20 Dec, 2023 @ 7:50am
colonialism isn't appearing as it should be, what are the real triggers for the institution?
theshysky 18 Dec, 2023 @ 6:55pm
Very good, thank you very much. It saved my toaster
Aetini 9 Dec, 2023 @ 12:47am

Awesome! It would be good if you could remove AI focus on discovery ideas for the Western European countries and change it to something else (religious/trade/something leading to crusaders*) or at least not to colonize Siberia, cuz that leader to real cursed borders and some awful map
Excel.exe 18 Nov, 2023 @ 9:08pm

assblaster69 9 Nov, 2023 @ 8:02am
cool idea!
Ckasaron 29 Oct, 2023 @ 11:45am
This is quite the anger-induced mod. Wouldn't a better example instead be to just have colonies not be called into mainland European wars with the colonizer? If colonies are too far away to be realistically of any practical value (at least before dates well after EU4's timeline), then why does say conquering mainland Spain give so pitiful an amount of War Score? That is honestly my only real problem with EU4's colonization. I don't play colonizers personally, but fighting them is such a chore...

NMF 16 Oct, 2023 @ 9:07pm
As someone who never liked colonising in EU4 I wished many times for a mod like this.
Now I wish you luck and hopefully many people will have a great time with this.
Basse  [author] 16 Oct, 2023 @ 6:09pm
@King_Kek Thanks!
Basse  [author] 16 Oct, 2023 @ 6:08pm
@pierch I don't change the missions trees at all. Try validating game files.
King Kek 16 Oct, 2023 @ 5:31pm
Keep up the work on this mod! I'm really intrigued. As someone with 2000+ hours in the game what I want, is a smaller map. I don't need any dynamic differences in the game, I just don't enjoy past around a certain point when the game gets too big to keep up.
AlexiosTheSixth 16 Oct, 2023 @ 7:31am
Cool "what if Columbus was right about geography" mod
[FF] pierch 16 Oct, 2023 @ 5:27am
Very strange, while only activating this mod, no vanilla country has its mission tree.

I run it independantly and tested it on multiple countires. SO this mod ssems to break mission trees.
Basse  [author] 16 Oct, 2023 @ 1:26am
Latest update added Caribbean in the middle to act as an endnode between Asia and Europe.
Basse  [author] 16 Oct, 2023 @ 1:25am
@GarfieldRex No not right now.
