Downloaded it but can't place it anywhere, not even sandbox, do i need to download the billboard images first for it to work?

Mine won't let me place it in franchise mode. I have all my things unlocked. Not sure what is going on.

In franchise mode you have to “develop” or “research” many things first. There are probably structures in this building that you haven't unlocked yet. :praisesun:

Nice building. I hadn't time to watch your video, but I saw these, and I wanted to have them too. But I can't build it in franchise. It is behind a lock. Do you know why?
