I've checked the problem and it's not from my side, Falling Isaac causes The Lost to disappear upon death.

Is it possible to fix tainted lost and lost? They just disappear instead of flowing away

or is it a fault of one of the mods?

its same in normal garry too
its because lost is the lost hes a ghost not a body
why would he fall over

Yes - both of them have separate animations in game files. You can try going with only Garry's Mod and see if it's different.

All the death mods are modifying the same file as Falling Isaac, so it would be hard, if not impossible. That's why there are compatibility mods, instead of just installing Falling Isaac, death mod, and all is good.
