Each Zombie still uses one model, but they use Skins that make certain parts visible and others invisible to work, so to make a Zombie model for Sabrean's, you'd have to merge every variation of Zombie possible into a single model and then find out a way to make the skins show certain non-texture parts like the different, black booted legs for the Elites)
I wonder if you could make the Nemez Zombine compatible with Sabrean's down to having even Poison Zombine?
