you must use the model gear\clothing\tee_short\splatfest_tee.mdl from the Splatoon 2 - clothing pack, you add over material, you make show models, after you do add attribute then string on the splafest, then you do $basetexture and you put the name of the vtf model that has in the description, (I tried and it works, no problem)

So the Ghost and Zombie textures work but the Skeleton one is bugged out, please fix it soon :)
