Clearly OP -- worked great as an early-game crisis and its conscripts mechanic synergizes well with nihilistic acquisition. Great mod!

I really like the conscript thing but kinda find everything else a bit like too overpowered (which no duh, yeah its in the title), but still really really cool!

Does AI randomly spawn with this as well?
Or does it require a player choosing it?
I'd prefer if AI empires didn't randomly get it, unless I created one and forced spawned it with it.
