WAY too fast, oh my god. Otherwise it isn't horrible, just kinda redundant. Blizzardy Storm but behind head instead of above head.

I think its a cool idea refreshing old effects, but this one is the least effective at conveying the refresh of an effect. This one just feels like a quick boring "snowstorm" just like all the other newer Christmas effects in the workshop and game.
