in-game it removes the need, irl it makes it difficult to fall/stay asleep but i think following reality to a tee is silly

u should make a negative version of insomnia that only allows you to sleep at the highest tiredness level

I wish this is how the insomnia trait worked IRL, I have the trait but the benefit must be bugged.
