Is it possible to increase the shots by modifying it? I wanted to make an alternate version with 20 shots for a micro missile launcher on an MQ-99 UCAV.

connect the timers the exact same way the detonators are connected, and replace the detonator connections with the timers outputs

If you mean delay between hitting action and the rocket firing, there'll have to a timer for each rocket. If you mean delay between firing rockets, you can use the reload logic (hold)

If you're controlling a missile and not a rocket, then you may need to hook up a switch that activates control of the missile when the det sync switch detaches

I ended up just adding a switch that outputs positive to counter the negative until the missile is launched. bc I'm just using 4 missiles, it's just two more bricks so it's all good. it's still a very cool creation!

otherwise just use a normal detonator sync system, which is just 1 more brick than this with a sequencer.

I can't find a fix for the constant negative.
for missiles you're going to have to use switches instead of multiply bricks. the switches on the detonator thing which im sure you know about.

The only issue is that there is a default negative output for any sequencers after the first two
