Report a translation problem
although I decided not to lower the knockback of Nair, Fair, and Dash attack but instead raise the angle at which they send. (but you can let me know if that doesn't solve the problem)
Projectiles too fast
Longer end cool down on nspecial
Less heavy/easier to kill at higher percents OR slower movement speed
Slightly less range on most of his moves besides nair
Less Knockback on nair, fair, dash attack
Less time on the animation when fspecial lands, still same damage. Unfun getting locked into a 2 second cutscene for every fspecial.

heck even doing this sprite rip wasn't easy (even tho it does look mad jank lol)
giving him a damage boost when he grows Extra Tendrils.
kinda wanted the ability to do something more since it inflicts self-damage onto him in the process and you can take the Extra Tendrils off of him with an attack with high enough knockback
but I can remove the damage boost idea if its that bad
I’m no expert in these sort of things, but going against this character is very annoying… But I will at least praise the idea, and the execution. The sprite rip is pretty well done (other than it being very pixelated, but hey, you get what you get, it’s a 2d game anyways, doesn’t matter too much), and it looks like, with good nerfs, it could be a fun character to play.
Strong doesn't really explain anything
Just to say: Extremely fun to learn and use, VERY freacking powerful (can easily do around 100% damage in a few seconds if used correctly) and overall a complete pleasure of a character.
Only bad thing about it would be the actual visuals which kinda stand out weirdly from the rest of the game, but they're not too bad, can get used to it easily (the other colorations tho, could be better, but default is good enough).
I know the updates have been slow
but don't worry I haven't dropped this project
If anything I'd say Venom is over 95% done anyways, I don't have plans to add much more beyond the last few attack ideas I have. after that will probably be balance patches

Below is a suggestion.
Maybe few of his move can actually inflict venom/poison that affect health on a short period of time. Similar to a burn effect. He is called venom for a reason. lol
Even if I can't draw sprites or give this Triple A quality polish, I definitely didn't want to half ass anything about this

As of right now Fspecial doesn't have an enhanced version yet.
I do have plans to add 3 more moves before saying Venom is finished!
maybe even add wall crawling as a stretch goal
I really love the change you made.
IMO he is more than decent.
I think you killed it and honored venom key traits: Heavy, Dangerous Fast and more importantly Unpredictable. And I cant thank you enough for that.
For instance, when I do Uspecial, my opponent wont know if I do the simple version and the advanced version where he spins. When I do Dspecial, my opponent doesnt know whether I am adding more tentacles (for buff special) or I am going to explode.
One more thing: I noticed Fspecial doesnt have a buff version as opposed to Nspecial, Dspecial and Uspecial. Will there be any update to add that?

As for now though, I wouldn't say Venom is finished yet. I still have a few more ideas left to add, but here's the basic idea for Venom's moveset. anything is subject for change
