Just an Observation. when I used the patch I noticed a significant slow down for the AI building fleets. Im not sure if it was a one off situation.

WOW... Now I understand what you mean. Thank you very much for the patch and I'll try to merge this with BSB itself. I think these codes should be in the vanilla Stellaris btw.
