When I used the files from the direct download link, I still had issues with save corruption. However, with that being said, the master files from github fixed the issue.

Saves seem to always be corrupted, I've made new games and saved as a test but still the same problem. Not sure if it's just me, just a heads up anyways, cool mod

Since I've been updating so frequently, in the future I'll try to post version links as backups for people whose saves break because of the auto-update from subscribing.

Also, hopefully less frequent but more substantial updates from now on, so saves break less in general.

Is this mod up to date? I used to play it but I've been getting a file exception error lately that makes it crash during start up.

Hi,

I've been trying to make Fun & Balance mod version compatible with Shattered Europe and I found Shattered Europe has a lot of syntax errors, resulting in countries getting missions like "}_desc".

I can send you fixed files, but I'd need your email or something like that.

@Tannu : The cool thing in this mod is the challenge to play an European country... You have to choose one european little country and lead the others in a greeat coalition or you die. By the way Turkey isnt european as far as I know. :)

It isn't meant to be a 'all countries are on equal ground' mod. If I had a better name for it, I would use that.

If you want something like that, I recommend Warring States.

Okay, but it's not much of a "shattered" europe if ottos start with much of their empire already complete in 1399. At least shatter them into the various small turkish countries and make them work for it.

Professor, I think it must be only you, you're the first person I've heard of getting that error.

Byzzies are dead, Otto is strong because he should be. If you want to be Byzzies, Greek patriots usually make Rhodes turn into Byzantium.

The Polish-Lithuanian union wasn't too strong in my observer games.

Sweden definitely tends to do well for itself, since it's encouraged to leave the PU due to religious differences. And as in vanilla, Sweden does well once it leaves.

Turkey tends to diploannex the Balkans and the other beyliks and then slowly expand.

France is bugged right now, and tends to reform via patriots. I'm working on fixing that.
