I don't know if its this mod or the other one I use which causes the issue:

3.12.5:
When the Khan rises he continues to spawn massive fleets in one of his satrapies.
So far he has spawned
8x > 100k
4x 80k
2x 40k

He begins with spawning the 40k fleets, then updating them to 80k, later 100k while he is spawning more 40k fleets.

Removing the triggered_ship_roles causes some minor script errors for no real gain if an AI personality that would use them exists, you should consider returning those.

You could also consider, for doubling down reasons, adding a build factor to corvettes and frigates, to discourage the AI from building them when they have the tech.

You also didn't forward these changes to offspring ships!

This is exactly what we need in Stellaris! Less, but more impactful ships. Late game Stellaris has always been plagued by too many ships in mid-late game. Haven't tried this mod yet, but it looks promising.

@Agorkarn i just tested for myself, i could build it just fine. this is most likely a compatibility issue on your end, do you have any mods enabled that also make changes to ships?

@Agorkam that is odd. in my tests i could build him fine, but i will have a look of course. do you possibly have other conflicting mods enabled?

For some reason I cannot build a Colossus. Aside that, this mod made the end game playable. Thank you!

yup thats most likely it, i tried to avoid compatibility issues where possible so any new ship classes and components added by other mods will not be affected by this mod.

@e1k3 I tested it and it works for the UF version of the juggernaut but not the Glory Juggernaut (I think it's a completely different ship class so eh)

@Ros[É] i dont know the mod you linked, but assuming it makes changes to the vanilla juggernaut instead of creating a new ship class and components used, it will most likely have compatibility issues.

specifically, this mod makes changes to the juggernaut by editing its ship_size, section_templates and component_templates files.
