Thanks, I'll take a look at that. Probably have something tagged incorrectly with the ammo. (It's intended to be broadly available at least for the moment.)

Okay, after doing a little bit of mucking about, Guns/Mounts are available to any fleet (modded or not) but ammo is available only to ANS fleets.
